Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:
 

• Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard via Stripe)

• LINE Payment (QR code, in-store)

• Cash (in-store only)

Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed or validated. Third Root Co., Ltd accepts no liability for failed, delayed, or disputed transactions arising from third-party payment processors. Any chargeback or payment reversal initiated without prior notification may result in permanent account suspension.

In-Store Pickup

Orders may be collected at our registered store location at 126/9 Park Avenue, Ekkamai Rd, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110. Customers may be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification document (Thai national ID, passport, or equivalent). Orders will be refused and cancelled if identification or eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction. Uncollected orders may be cancelled after a reasonable holding period without entitlement to a refund.

Delivery (Bangkok Only)

Delivery is exclusively available to verified HighEnd members within the Bangkok metropolitan area. By selecting delivery, you expressly confirm that:
 

1. You are a registered, active, and verified HighEnd member

2. All personal and delivery details provided are accurate, complete, and verifiable

3. You, or an authorised adult recipient aged 20 or above, will be present to receive the order and provide identification upon request

4. You meet all legal requirements under Thai law regarding cannabis possession

Third Root Co., Ltd reserves the right to:

1. Request valid government-issued photo ID from the recipient at the point of delivery

2. Refuse, cancel, or return any delivery if identification, eligibility, or compliance cannot be confirmed

3. Convert delivery orders to in-store pickup if necessary, without prior notice

4. Decline delivery to any address or location deemed to present a legal, safety, or compliance risk

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to or during delivery if eligibility, identity, or legal compliance cannot be verified. In such cases, no refund obligation arises where non-compliance is attributable to the customer.

Refunds & Order Issues

All sales are considered final upon completion of payment and delivery or pickup. Refunds are not automatically granted and are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Third Root Co., Ltd. We stand behind our product quality and will endeavour to resolve legitimate product issues fairly; however, we reserve the right to determine the nature and extent of any resolution, including replacement, store credit, or partial refund. No refunds will be issued where the customer has provided false eligibility information, violated these Terms & Conditions, or is unable to return the product in its original condition.

3. Compliance, Use Restrictions & Liability

By purchasing from HighEnd, you expressly agree and acknowledge that:
 

1. All products are strictly for personal use only within the territory of Thailand

2. Resale, redistribution, gifting for commercial gain, or any other commercial use of purchased products is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under Thai law

3. Export of cannabis products outside of Thailand is illegal and strictly prohibited; you bear full and sole responsibility for any attempt to do so

4. You are fully and solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, consumption, and transportation of cannabis products

5. You consume cannabis products at your own risk; Third Root Co., Ltd makes no medical or therapeutic claims regarding its products

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Third Root Co., Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
 

1. Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from HighEnd

2. Any harm, injury, or loss resulting from consumption, possession, or transportation of products following their sale

3. Any legal consequences arising from the customer's breach of applicable laws or regulations

4. Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to, or use of, the customer's account

Our total aggregate liability to any customer for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of the order in dispute.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Third Root Co., Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (ii) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (iii) your misuse of any product purchased from HighEnd.

Right to Refuse Service

Third Root Co., Ltd reserves the absolute right, exercisable at its sole and unreviewable discretion, to:
 

1. Refuse service to any individual, with or without cause

2. Cancel or reject any order at any stage, without obligation to provide a reason

3. Limit, suspend, or permanently terminate access to the website or any services

4. Report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant Thai authorities
