Delivery Terms

Bangkok Delivery — Member Service Only

Eligibility

Delivery is exclusively available to verified HighEnd members within the Bangkok metropolitan area. To be eligible for delivery, you must:
 

  • Hold an active, verified HighEnd member account

  • Be 20 years of age or older

  • Be a legal resident or visitor in Thailand

  • Provide a valid, complete delivery address within Bangkok

  • Be personally present to receive the order

Delivery Zones

We currently deliver within Bangkok only. Delivery outside of Bangkok — including other provinces, airports, hotels outside Bangkok, and international addresses — is not available and orders placed to such addresses will be cancelled without refund.
 

Specific delivery zones and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify delivery zones at any time.

ID Verification at the Door

Our delivery staff are required to verify the identity and eligibility of the recipient before handing over any order. Upon delivery, you or your designated recipient must:
 

  • Present a valid government-issued photo ID (Thai national ID card, passport, or equivalent)

  • Confirm that they are the registered account holder or an authorised adult recipient

  • Be visibly sober and able to receive the order

  • Present your Highend membercard

 

If the recipient cannot produce valid identification, appears to be under 20, or fails any eligibility check, our delivery staff are instructed to withhold and return the order. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

If Nobody Is Home

Our delivery staff will attempt to contact you via the phone number registered to your account. If contact cannot be made within a reasonable timeframe at the delivery location, the order will be returned to our store. You may be offered a single re-delivery attempt or in-store pickup at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel the order and retain payment as a handling fee if redelivery is not arranged within 24 hours.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Factors including traffic, weather, and order volume may affect delivery times. HighEnd is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Failed Delivery — No Fault of Customer

If delivery fails due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect product dispatched, no attempt made), we will arrange a replacement delivery or offer a full refund at our discretion. Please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery window.

Right to Refuse Delivery

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any delivery at any point, including at the door, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
 

  • The recipient does not meet eligibility requirements

  • The delivery address poses a legal or safety risk

  • The order is associated with suspicious account activity

  • There is reason to believe the product will be resold or redistributed
