Refund & Returns Policy

Our General Policy

Due to the nature of cannabis products — which are perishable, regulated, and subject to strict handling requirements — all sales made through HighEnd are considered final upon successful payment and order fulfilment (delivery or in-store pickup).

We do not accept returns of opened or consumed products under any circumstances. Returns of unopened products are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are only considered where a clear product fault exists.

When a Refund or Resolution May Be Offered

We take product quality seriously. A refund, replacement, or store credit may be offered in the following limited circumstances:
 

  1. You received the wrong product

  2. The product arrived in a condition materially different from what was described (e.g. significant quality defect, incorrect weight)

  3. Your order was confirmed and paid but was not fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe through no fault of your own

 

To raise a complaint, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims raised after this window may not be considered. We may request photographic evidence of the issue.

No Refunds in the Following Situations

  1. You changed your mind after purchase

  2. You provided incorrect delivery details or were unavailable to receive the order

  3. Your order was cancelled due to failure to pass ID verification or eligibility checks

  4. The product was consumed or partially consumed

  5. You are unable to return the product in its original, sealed condition

  6. Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us directly is considered a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account suspension. We take all fraud seriously and will cooperate fully with Stripe and relevant authorities in any investigation.

All resolutions are at the sole discretion of Third Root Co., Ltd. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Thai consumer protection law.
