Collection & Delivery

In-Store Pickup: Simply show your digital member profile at the counter. A valid ID matching your account name is required for all vault withdrawals.

Bangkok Delivery: Want your stash delivered? Contact us via WhatsApp or our Website Chat. Let us know your address and the number of grams you'd like to withdraw.

Delivery Fees: Standard delivery rates apply. Our team will send a secure payment link for the shipping cost once your request is confirmed.

Whole Grams: To ensure accuracy and preservation, all withdrawals (pickup or delivery) are processed in 1g increments.
Vault Policy

No Expiry: Your stored grams do not expire and will remain perfectly preserved in our climate-controlled vault as long as your account remains active.
